Almost 30 years ago, I started my career in the world of travel and tourism in the Royal Jordanian, the national carrier of my country, as an intensive trainer for five years, when in 1991 I decided to establish my own travel agency, Travel Group Holding.  

We started with a passionate group of professionals in Amman, who all shared the love of voyaging, discovery, and cultures. Over the years, their commitment has helped escalate our tremendous growth and steered us towards a number of international expansions in the pipeline. We worked in ticketing, outbound, inbound, Hajj & Umrah, and as consolidators.

In these bustling years and adventurous journeys in the industry, I have endured countless hardships and challenges locally and globally. And building on my rich experience, I devoted my whole attention in finding a way to overcome any kind of difficulty and keeping up with the booming spread of technology. 

By the end of 2010, I had finally formed my plan to launch a platform that can be the key to open a new horizon in the travel and tourism industry; a platform that can help travel agencies and their staff all over the world to overcome all kinds of difficulties. We created a list of around 35 points that this platform has to handle and solve properly. 

For years and years, we have worked hard day and night with a variety of consolidators, suppliers, airlines, and service providers in different sectors to be able to integrate with them and develop this technology, which we proudly named Travel United.
