FAQs

1. What happens if I want to book for more than the maximum number of passengers provided on your website?
You can’t do that directly on our website unless in separate bookings.
 

2. How can I share the brochure?
After saving a package, the share button will be on the upper right side of the page. Click on it, then multiple platforms will appear to you such as facebook, whatsapp, email etc. Choose one and press share.


3. From where can I add my own markup on the services and vouchers? 
If you want to add your markup on all the services displayed on Travel United, you can do that from your profile list from the “admin” tab . However, if you want to add a certain markup on a single voucher, it can be done from the “agency data” tab in the summary page of each reservation (applied on the current running booking specifically) or from the profile drop down menu (added on all future bookings). The latter will not override if you select the markup twice, instead the system will always count the one in the agency data tab.
 

4. When I click “save for later” will the service be saved with its price?
No, the idea will be saved to your username, but whenever you want to proceed with the booking for your client, you will have to refresh the idea so that our platform can recheck availability and prices and you will be provided with the updated price in 
seconds.
